Transparency About Who We Are and How We Operate

🧾 Ownership Structure

AinProkash.com is owned and operated by Spark Advocates & Legal Consultancy, a legal service and content development initiative based in Bangladesh. The platform was founded by Advocate Rashedujjaman Rashed, a practicing lawyer at the District and Sessions Judge Court, Nilphamari.

The website operates as a digital extension of our commitment to promoting legal awareness, justice accessibility, and legal education for the public and legal community in Bangladesh.

💰 Funding

AinProkash.com is currently self-funded by its founding members. We do not receive any institutional grants, government funding, or foreign donations. Our operational costs are managed through:

  • Internal contributions from Spark Advocates
  • Limited revenue from legal consultancy services and partnerships
  • Occasional sponsored content (clearly marked) related to law or legal education

We prioritize editorial independence and ensure that all content published is unbiased, accurate, and created solely to inform and empower our readers — not to promote any political, religious, or corporate agenda.

🔐 Editorial Independence

Although AinProkash.com is run by legal professionals, our content is written for educational and informational purposes only. Our editorial decisions are not influenced by advertisers, sponsors, or any external interest groups. We maintain full independence in what we choose to write about, guided by our mission to serve the people of Bangladesh.

🤝 Future Growth

As we grow, we may explore partnerships, legal education grants, or donor support — but always with a commitment to transparency and independence. Any funding received in the future will be clearly disclosed on this page.
